What is Meditation?

Meditation is reconnecting ourselves to something we tend to lose track of, our ‘True Essence’; it is about finding a place within this world, but more than anything within ourselves.

Meditation is about Stillness, Awareness and Experience; we will go through a process of Change and Transformation, which will lead us to a different State of Consciousness, in which we will be able to live a more compassionate and serene life, while living in the Present Moment: the Now! Meditation is an Experience of relaxing the Body, quieting the Mind and awakening the Spirit.


Group Classes

My classes offer a simple and contemporary approach to Meditation, while teaching techniques that suit beginners and more advanced practitioners’ needs.

They are creative, philosophical and always open to a good laugh.

Usually a class is divided into 3 parts: gentle Movement, to release stress and tension and to still the Body before stilling the Mind; Relaxation, in which we will start a process of withdrawal, and finally Meditation, using a variety of techniques and breathwork.

In the 5 Months Meditation Course you will be able to explore a good variety of movement, relaxation and meditation techniques. They are all different and can either be done as a course or on a stand alone basis. If you are looking for something that will give you the basic tools to start your home Meditation practice, join me in this fantastic journey.

At the end of the course you will have a good basic understanding of the Meditation Practice.

Each month will be a progression in understanding:

  • How to live in the present moment through Mindfulness
  • Understanding the Breath: our main facilitator
  • Exploring simple Pranayama Practice
  • Stillness and Meditation in Movement
  • Understanding Inner Energy, The Chakras, etc.
  • Guided Relaxation and Visualizations Techniques
  • Exploring various Meditation Techniques
  • Philosophical and Psychological Talks

Meditation is a real antidote to Stress and Anxiety, transforming our Minds and developing Clarity, Positive Attitude and Calmness.

It has also been scientifically proven that Meditation has many benefits:
