Hi, I’m Cristiana. Welcome to LotusBodyMind!

I’m a Meditation Teacher, Stress Management Facilitator and Fine Artist based in leafy Enfield, North London. I teach Meditation, Mindfulness, Breathwork and various Relaxation Techniques, including how to release stress and tension from Movement, Art  and Nature Meditation.

I am a lover of Nature, Qi Gong, Healthy Living and have a huge passion for the Arts.

My teaching style focuses very much on understanding the meaning of Meditation, through the exploration of gentle Movement, Relaxation and of course Meditation, using a variety of techniques. My teaching is free from any dogmatic or religious believes, and it is designed to suit the busy life styles, in our Western society.

I take inspiration from Eastern and Western Philosophy and Psychology, and certainly from the teachings that life itself gives to us. Other major inspirations are Nature and the power of Art, through which we can express ourselves in many ways, in total freedom, releasing all the tension and stresses that sometimes are holding us back. My mission is to help you to enjoy a more conscious life, so that you can ‘re-connect’ to your real self, while living in the present moment.

My life has taught me that when we really make the effort to bring ourselves into each moment in order to live fully, we have the infinite potential to create, to love and to live in peace and harmony, with others, but mainly with ourselves. My wish is to help you find this place through courage, self-love, compassion and the wonderful practice of Meditation.


As the Lotus Flower grows in muddy water, rising and blooming above the murk to achieve enlightenment, we grow through difficulties and various experiences in order to become stronger and achieve a balanced and a peaceful state. All of us have the possibility to blossom into beautiful living beings, we just need to be facilitated into the path.

Cristiana has practiced Meditation for more than 15 years. She started Meditation as an alternative approach to deepen her knowledge about her self and life in general.

After training as a Fine Artist and working for many years in the Art industry and in Education, she decided that the right time had come, to combine her creativity and her experience as a facilitator to become a qualified Meditation Teacher.

Today she uses her skills to facilitate people in understanding the importance of living in the present moment and enjoying a much more conscious and relaxed life, through the wonderful practice of Meditation.

Her classes offer a simple and contemporary approach to Meditation, while teaching techniques that suit beginners and more advanced practitioners’ needs. They are creative, philosophical and always open to a good laugh.

Cristiana created LotusBodyMind in 2015, and she has decided to use her skills and experience to facilitate people that are interested in creating and discovering their own true path, through their body, through their mind and through their creative soul.

She has successfully  graduated from the ‘Inside Meditation’ Course, a 200hour Meditation, Stress Management, Applied Philosophy & Eastern Psychology Teacher Training, accredited by Yoga Alliance. She still continues her studies and practice of Meditation, Art, Yoga and Qi Gong on a daily basis.



Cristiana currently teaches in Enfield, North London. She is also available for Group & Private Classes, 1-to-1, Workshops, Events, Festivals, Retreats, Corporate Classes and Skype Sessions in London and surrounding.
